Walking
Head out of Womble Gate towards Keikyu Yokosuka-chuo Station, roughly 10 minutes on foot. From the station it is another 4 minutes to either studio. Call it 15 minutes door to door at an easy pace.

Getting here from the base
About 15 minutes on foot from Womble Gate, or 4 minutes from Keikyu Yokosuka-chuo Station. Two small studios in the middle of town, both open daily 10:00–20:00.
Orientation
Where we are
Everything sits in the Yokosuka-chuo area, the downtown strip just outside the base. If you know More’s City, the Daiei building or the covered shopping street, you are already in the right neighbourhood. Note that we run two separate addresses a few minutes apart: the Head Spa for massage and head spa, and Move for personal training and pilates. Check which one you are booked into before you set off.
On foot
Walking from Womble Gate
Womble Gate is the gate closest to downtown, so this is the simplest route for most people coming off base.
By taxi
A few minutes from the gate. Taxi drivers here rarely speak English, so show them the Japanese address below rather than trying to say the street name.
By train
Yokosuka-chuo is on the Keikyu Line. From Shioiri it is one stop. Take the Central exit, and both studios are about 4 minutes away.
Parking
We have no car park of our own, but there are several coin parking lots within a short walk in the Yokosuka-chuo area.

Both are on upper floors of small buildings, which is normal in Japan — look for the sign and take the stairs or lift. If you cannot find the entrance, call 090-7186-4738 and we will come down.
