What we do
CoconeRu. is a small relaxation salon a few minutes from Yokosuka-chuo Station. Two things happen here. Body care is hands-on work through the neck, shoulders and back — the ordinary massage most people are looking for after a long week. Dry head spa is a Japanese speciality: a head and scalp massage given with no water, no shampoo and no oil, so your hair stays dry and you can walk straight back out into your day. Most guests book the two together. This is relaxation, not medical or clinical treatment.
Prices
All prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. There is no tipping in Japan and none is expected. As a rough guide, ¥5,980 is somewhere around US$40 — check the current exchange rate before you visit, as it moves.

The short version, so nothing is a surprise on the day.
Our staff speak mainly Japanese and use a translation app with English-speaking guests. In practice this works well. Booking online is the easiest route because you just pick a menu and a time — no phone call needed. If you would rather not talk at all, book Quiet Body Care.
Credit cards, cash in Japanese yen, and QR payments such as PayPay. We cannot accept US dollars. Tipping is not customary in Japan and is never expected.
Women and men are both welcome, and roughly one in five of our guests is a man. You can ask for a male or female practitioner when you book. Appointment only.
You stay clothed throughout. For the dry head spa your hair is not washed or wetted, so there is nothing to dry afterwards. Come as you are; there is nothing you need to bring.
