English · First Visit

Your first visit, without the guesswork

Booking a massage in a language you do not speak can feel like a gamble. Here is everything that happens, start to finish, so you know exactly what you are walking into.

Step by step

How a visit goes

From booking to walking back out, this is the whole thing.

01

Book online

Pick a menu and a time on the booking page. This is the easiest route for English speakers because nothing needs to be said out loud. Not sure what to choose? Body 30 min + Dry Head 30 min, ¥5,980 is what most people book first.

02

Arrive

Five minutes early is plenty. Both studios are on upper floors of small buildings — normal here — so look for the sign and head up. Stuck outside? Call 090-7186-4738 and someone will come down.

03

A short form

On a first visit there is a brief form about anything we should be careful of. If something is hard to explain, point at it or use your phone — we will meet you halfway with a translation app.

04

The session

Lights low, quiet room, no upselling. You stay dressed throughout. Tell us at the start if you want firmer or gentler pressure — “stronger” and “softer” are understood perfectly well.

05

Pay and go

Card, cash in yen, or PayPay. No tipping. Nothing to wash off and nothing to dry, so you can head straight back out.

06

If plans change

Please call as early as you can on 090-7186-4738 so the slot can go to someone else. A short message is fine.

The honest version

About the language

We would rather set the expectation properly than promise fluent English and disappoint you at the door.

What is true

Our staff speak mainly Japanese. With English-speaking guests we use a translation app, and in practice it works fine — enough to agree on pressure, problem areas and timing, which is most of what matters.

If you would rather not talk

Book Quiet Body Care, 40 min, ¥4,500. It is the same body work with conversation kept to a minimum by design. Plenty of our Japanese guests book it for the same reason.

Practical

Questions people actually ask

Short answers to the things that come up before a first booking.

Do I have to undress?
No. You stay clothed for everything we do. Comfortable clothes are best. For the dry head spa your hair is not washed or wetted, since no water, shampoo or oil is used.
Is this a real massage, or just the head?
Both are available. Body care works the neck, shoulders and back the way you would expect. The dry head spa is a Japanese speciality focused on the head and scalp. Most guests book them together as the ¥5,980 set.
Should I tip?
No. Tipping is not customary anywhere in Japan and is never expected here. The listed price includes tax.
What payment can I use?
Credit cards, cash in Japanese yen, and QR payments such as PayPay. We cannot accept US dollars, so bring yen if you are paying cash.
Can I ask for a male or female practitioner?
Yes. Both women and men are welcome as guests, and about one in five of ours is a man. Mention your preference when you book and we will do our best around the schedule.
Can I come with a friend or partner?
Please book both people separately for the same time, and add a note. Availability depends on the day, so booking a little ahead helps.
I am pregnant, or I have an injury. Is that a problem?
Tell us when you book and again on the form. We will adjust or, if it is not the right time for it, say so honestly. CoconeRu. offers relaxation rather than medical or clinical treatment, so anything that has been bothering you for a while is worth taking to a doctor first.
Do you take walk-ins?
We work by appointment and will fit walk-ins in when the schedule allows, but booking ahead is the only way to be sure of a time. We are open every day, 10:00–20:00.

Booking

That is everything. Come and rest.

Open every day, 10:00–20:00, a few minutes from Yokosuka-chuo Station. Booking online takes about a minute.
